X. In amplification and not in derogation of the royal prerogatives hitherto possessed or exercised by the Sovereign the following royal prerogatives among others are vested in the Sovereign:
(a) the Fountain of Honour;
(b) the Fountain of Justice;
(c) the Fountain of Mercy;
(d) the Head of the Religion of the State;
(e) the Protector of Malay Custom;
(f) the Ultimate Owner of the Soil. [Lagi]
